Delete Your Data
Short answer: our apps do not have user accounts. Almost all of your data stays on your own device and is removed when you uninstall the app. If you want us to delete anything else, email info@akaydigital.net and we will confirm within 30 days.
What data exists and how to delete it

| On your device (settings, projects, game progress, saved results) | Uninstall the app, or open Android Settings → Apps → [app] → Storage → Clear data. This removes everything stored by the app. Exported photos, videos and files that you saved to your gallery are yours and stay until you delete them there. |
| Advertising data held by Google (AdMob) | Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Manage or delete your Google ad data at My Ad Center and My Activity. We do not hold this data and cannot delete it on Google’s behalf. |
| Subscription records (Klipora) | Cancel the subscription in Google Play or the App Store (see the Terms). To delete our RevenueCat record of your anonymous app user ID, send us a request (see below). The store keeps its own purchase records for tax and legal reasons. |
| Photos or videos sent for AI processing (Klipora) | These are deleted automatically right after processing and within 24 hours at the latest. You do not need to do anything. To stop future uploads, withdraw AI consent in the app (Settings → Privacy & AI consent). |
| Emails you sent us | Send a request and we will delete the conversation, except where we must keep it by law. |
Request deletion by email
- Write to info@akaydigital.net from any email address.
- Use the subject Data deletion request and tell us which app you used. For Klipora, add your app user ID (shown in the app under Settings → About) so we can find your record.
- We may reply to confirm it is really you. We never ask for passwords or payment details.
- We delete the data we hold within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we may keep
We may keep limited information that the law requires us to keep (for example accounting records of paid subscriptions) and information needed to resolve disputes, only for as long as required.
