Klipora support

Klipora turns your photos and songs into music videos on your phone. It is made by Akaydigital LLC.

Email info@akaydigital.net. You can also write from the app: Settings › Feedback. If your question is about your data, add the code from Settings › Support ID. We answer within a few working days.

Common questions

• Is Klipora free? Yes. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. A short ad may appear after a video is saved; there are no ads while you edit.
• Where are my videos? In your phone's gallery, after you tap Save. Projects are saved automatically inside the app.
• Why can't I add a song? Songs downloaded from music streaming apps are protected and cannot be added. Use songs stored as files on your phone, or the tracks in the app.
• Do you upload my photos? No. Photos, videos and music stay on your phone.
• How do I change my ad and data choices? Settings › Share usage statistics, and in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland Settings › Privacy options.
• How do I delete my data? Email info@akaydigital.net with your Support ID. Uninstalling the app stops all collection from that device.
