Slideshow with Photo and Music: Privacy Policy
- Slideshow with Photo and Music does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number inside the app.
- Photos, videos and music you choose are processed on your device. We do not upload them.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, approximate location (derived from your IP address), app interactions and diagnostic data. You can limit this in your device settings.
- Optional purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.
- We do not sell your personal data. The app is not directed at children.
1. Who we are
Slideshow with Photo and Music is published by Arsin35 Apps (“we”, “us”), an independent app developer based in Türkiye. For the purposes of data protection law (GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK), we are the controller of the data described in this policy that we handle ourselves. Contact: info@akaydigital.net.
This policy applies to the Android app Slideshow with Photo and Music (package name com.slideshow.photo.videomaker).
2. What information is involved
2.1 Information that stays on your device
- Photos, videos and music files you choose from your device. They are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.
- Slideshow videos you export, stored on your device.
- Your app settings.
We do not have access to this information, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
2.2 Information collected automatically by our ad partner (Google AdMob)
The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. When ads load, Google may collect and use the following data from your device. We do not receive your personal data from Google; we receive only aggregated reports about ad performance and earnings.

These data are collected by Google and are subject to how Google uses data when you use partner sites or apps and the Google Privacy Policy. In the European Economic Area, the UK and other regions where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent through Google’s consent message before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later.
2.3 Purchases
If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card number or other payment details. Google tells the app whether a purchase is active so that features can be unlocked.
2.4 Crash reports and usage statistics (Firebase)
To fix bugs and improve the app, we use Google Firebase services (Crashlytics and Analytics). They may collect crash logs, device model and OS version, app version, a random app-instance ID, and basic usage events (such as which screens or features are used). This data does not include the content of your photos or videos. See the Firebase privacy information.
What we do not collect
- Your name, email address, phone number or postal address (unless you contact us)
- Precise (GPS) location
- Your contacts, calendar, messages or call history
- Audio recordings or microphone input
- Health or financial data
3. How we use information
- To provide the features of the app.
- To show ads and keep the app free
- To process purchases and unlock paid features
- To diagnose crashes, keep the app secure and improve it
- To answer your messages and requests, and to comply with the law.
Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR): performance of a contract (providing the app you installed), your consent (AI processing, personalized ads where required), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, stability) and legal obligations. Under Turkish KVKK, we process data on the corresponding bases in Article 5.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. How long we keep data
- Data on your device: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Data collected by Google (AdMob, Firebase): according to Google’s own retention policies.
- Emails you send us: for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
6. Security
Data sent from the app is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Children
Slideshow with Photo and Music is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact info@akaydigital.net and we will delete it. Parents can also use the family and ad-personalization controls in Google Play and on their device.
8. Your choices and rights
- Ads: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, opt out of personalized ads there, or manage Google ad settings at My Ad Center.
- Consent: where we ask for consent, you can change it at any time in the app settings (if available) or by clearing the app data.
- Permissions: you can withdraw any permission in your device settings.
EEA/UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Türkiye (KVKK): under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction or deletion, and object to results against you. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states: you may request to know, delete or correct the personal information we hold and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Showing ads through AdMob may be considered “sharing” in some states; you can opt out through your device ad settings (above) or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To use any right, email info@akaydigital.net. Because we hold very little data about you, we may need to ask for details (such as the app name) to find it. We reply within 30 days.
9. Deleting your data
The app has no account system. Instructions for deleting data on your device, ad data and any data we hold are on the Data deletion page.
10. International transfers
Our service providers (such as Google) may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by those providers.
11. Google Play User Data policy
Our use of information received from Google APIs and our handling of user data follow the Google Play User Data policy, including its disclosure and consent requirements. Our Data safety form in Google Play is kept consistent with this policy. We do not request permissions that are not needed for the app’s features. We use photo and video access only to let you select the files you want to edit, preferably through the system Photo Picker.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant (for example, new data types or new recipients), we will show a notice in the app.
